I’m a woman in my 60s rediscovering strength, movement, and joy after years away from the active life I once loved.
I spent much of my life on the soccer pitch and training for strength and conditioning. Fitness wasn’t just a hobby, it was part of who I was. But life took a detour. Like many, I found myself in a demanding, high-stress desk job that slowly pulled me away from movement, health, and self-care. I also suffered a serious knee injury that kept me benched for months.
Now, I’m hitting reset.
This blog is my space to share the real, raw, and rewarding process of getting back to fitness—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s not about perfection or bouncing back—it’s about building forward with purpose, patience, and heart.
